Dining Like Kings at Hazlewood Castle
A few weeks ago, Keylight studios were commissioned by Hazlewood Castle to photograph some of the new additions to their mouth watering menu.
And what a treat!
Based just outside of Leeds and located on the very appropriately named Paradise Lane, this luxurious hotel offers a whole host of services including wedding receptions, spa treatments, archery classes and even a cookery masterclass!
The castle’s highly acclaimed Vavasour Restaurant is run by Head Chef Tim Hamer, and trust us, his dishes do not disappoint.
Offering both traditional and modern dining, the restaurant honestly has something for everyone; from quaint afternoon tea to pan fried pigeon breast, peanut butter parfait to a slow braised pork belly.
We were lucky enough to sample some of the newest additions and oh my! Think tender, succulent meats, delicate yet divine dressings, with all the trimmings!
